Option 1 (for ESTABLISHED CLIENTS ONLY):
You may schedule right online, at any time, and manage your appointments!
Clients often check back frequently for a same day or next day appointment, since cancellations are immediately made available for scheduling.

Option 2 (for ALL NEW CLIENTS):
Please call the office and speak with our office manager Michelle at (585) 544-5342. Business hours are M-F from 9-3.
She will be sure to explain payment and insurance procedures, and ensure you are receiving the proper intervention at this time.
Payment will be taken at the time of your appointment, if applicable.
Please bring a copy of your insurance card and photo ID to your first visit.
